Plowboys and Plowgirls News · The Plowboys and Plowgirls start the season with a good showing at Big Spring

The Plowboys and Plowgirls opened the track season in Big Spring yesterday (Thursday, February 27th) at the Howard County Invitational. Some of the top performers for Roscoe included Jaythan Coale, first place in the pole vault; Candy Ortega, first place in the 3200m run and 1600m run, second place in the 800m run; Jaiden Amador, third place in the 3200m run; and Brayan Medina, third place in the 400m dash. The relays also performed well with the Plowgirls getting third in the 4x100m and second in the 4x400m relays, and the Plowboys receiving second in the 4x200m relay.

The season continues on Thursday with the JV Plowboys and the Plowgirls traveling to Anson for the Anson Tiger Relays, and the varsity Plowboys traveling to Brownwood on Saturday for the Bluebonnet Relays.
